World Photography Day - August 19th

World Photography Day is Founded in 2009 and first launched globally in 2010. It was originates from the invention of the Daguerreotype, a photographic processes developed by Joseph Nicèphore Nièpce and Louis Daguerre. On January 9, 1839, The French Academy of Sciences announced the daguerreotype process. A few months later, on August 19, 1839, the French government announced the invention as a gift "Free to the World".
Photography is a art and today we can click as many photos we can. But, earlier it is like a precious moment when we see photos. Photos will store our memories on them. It remember all the sweet memories of the photo. A photographer will make a ugly face into a beautiful face and he will create a illusion on the photo as he likes.

Dyeing Technology

Dyeing is the process of importing color to a textile material in loose fibre, yarn, cloth or garment form by treatment with a dye.

DYE can generally be described as a colored substance that has an affinity to the substrate to which it is being applied. The dye is generally applied in an aqueous solution, and may require a mordant to improve the fastness of the dye on the fiber.

Types of Dyeing:
  • Direct Dye
  • Yarn Dyeing
  • Organic dyeing
  • Basic Dye
  • Reactive Dyes (Hot & Cold)
  • Remazol Dye
  • HTHP (High Temperature High Pressure) disperse Dyes
  • Sulfur Dyes
  • Azoic Dyes
  • Acid Dyes
  • Vat Dyes

Direct, Sulfur & Azoic Dyes are not using for export garments. It is mostly used only for domestic Garments. Generally for Exports we are using Reactive dyes. this dyeing will be done by dyeing in a temperature or 70-80 degree temperature.

For polyester the water absorption is low. so, for polyester fabric dyeing will be carry by using 130-140 degree temperature.

Remazol dyeing will be done in the temperature of 60 degree. As this is mainly done for cotton fabric and this dyeing is done to get a better finishing in discharge printing.
